Debra Markovic is the BJE’s “Concierge” for Jewish Education. Debra serves the city together with her colleague, Rachel Kaplan in the valley to assist families looking for the best Jewish educational opportunities for their children. She works in partnership with local early childhood centers, day schools, religious schools and summer camps.

Prior to her work with the BJE, Debra worked in literacy remediation for a private educational clinic in Los Angeles.  She has a BA in English from UC Berkeley and an MAED from American Jewish University. Debra is married and has three children currently attending BJE affiliated, Jewish Day Schools in Los Angeles.

Debra Markovic is available to help families find the Jewish educational experiences that are right for their children.
